cozy cottage beautiful grounds helpful staff tasty dishes
the superior cottages garden view twin bed was super cozy. the grounds are beautiful with so many plants! the staff always looked ready to help. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet with tasty dishes.
the gym could use a bit more updating.

jasmine bay has great knowledge of local cuisine and offers amazing recommendations. chef rawat and his team embraced all requests with enthusiasm, providing meals that consistently left me enchanted. special delicacies appear every day.

the buggy service was available just a call away, i noticed that the hotel gives bali vibes with plunge pools. the entire staff were great too accommodate every need. the buggy drivers were always cordial and prompt.

the hotel is set on a massive hotel, i enjoyed the winding paths of the hill fort. the kerala boat ride is scenic, it is a must try. i found cycling by the lagoon to be very refreshing.

My room, a beautiful suite sea view balcony king bed, looked quite worn. it lacked proper maintenance. dirty glasses remained in the room for two days. This was unacceptable. the pool requires immediate attention. Tiles are missing and it needs thorough cleaning.

mixed feelings about the stay
subpar amenities exposed cords
The staff were informative and helpful. They had perfect information about activities, amenities and timings.
My room had subpar amenities. Extension cords were exposed. A wall lamp had fallen. The air conditioning was set to its lowest temperature, but it stopped working entirely in the middle of the night. This forced me to wake up.
